4. Overcoming Your Enemies (Part One)

What and who are your enemies?

Enemy number 1: Satan, fallen angels, demons and evil spirits [1]

As mentioned in Chapter 3 there are three basic enemies that we confront in our walk with God: the devil and unclean spirits, the world system, and the sinful desires of your flesh, that is our old nature, which in fact is the greatest enemy. Do take time to read/study the provided Scriptures.

[1] Demons and evil spirits are unclean, invisible, disobedient heavenly beings, but real persons without a physical body under the leadership of Satan. They long to express themselves through a human body, and have extremely bad characters wanting to steal, destroy and kill humans.

The fallen angels rebelled against Almighty God (Jude 1:6-7) by mixing with female humans on earth, in the times of Noah (Genesis 6:1-9). As a consequence, almost the whole of human race’s DNA (desoxyribonucleic acid, the hereditary material) became corrupt, except Noah and his family, who were still pure were kept safe during the flood. The children of these fallen angels were and are the giants (Nephilim) mentioned in Genesis 6:4 and Numbers 13:33. These fallen angels were arrested until judgment day, but rest assured, the other demons will try again. Continued under the paragraph “Do not take the Mark of the Beast”.

What are the characteristics and works of the devil and his unclean spirits?

Satan, the deceiver, and his evil spirits present themselves as “angels of light” in your mind, but can also use their false prophets and false religion leaders to try and deceive you:

[Genesis 3:1-15; Matthew 24:4; Luke 21:8; 2 Corinthians 11:13-14; Revelation 12:9]

The old serpent, Satan, deceived Eve in the garden of Eden by twisting the words and command that God had given to Adam and Eve. Adam also fell in his trap. The enemy will try to add or take out some part of God’s Word and/or try to give you an interpretation of Scripture that suits your fleshly desire, lust or pride, inflated ego thinking that you know it all. Be watchful, stay humble and pray for discernment not to be deceived.

Ephesians 6:12, Jude 1:6-7 and Revelation 9:1-3,11-14 speak of the higher rank fallen angels of darkness. Colossians 1:16-17 explains that Jesus, the Creator, created and holds together (sustains) “all things that are in heaven and that are in earth”. If there were other things we would need to know, He would certainly have revealed it.

Hence, the so-called aliens or Extra-Terrestrial intelligent beings piloting these Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) that have been spotted, and have in some cases even abducted individuals, these are none other than demonic beings. It is therefore no surprise that when a number of individuals have called on Jesus to rescue them, these demons immediately left them.

A follower of Christ need not to be afraid, as you can confront and command the demon to leave in the Almighty Name of Jesus Christ and they have to and will flee! [Luke 10:17-20]

Moreover, Paul in Corinthians teaches that the enemy may try to deceive you with a counterfeit gospel or message using false ministers or false apostles; further to be discussed under the section “Armor of God, 1. Belt of Truth”.

The devil is called the accuser:

[Zechariah 3:1-8; Revelation 12:10]

He will try to bring all kinds of thoughts into your mind and trigger situations to accuse you whether in your mind or by other persons to cause you to have guilt and unworthy feelings.

He can also cause you to think you did a terrible thing/sin, maybe even bring thoughts in your mind that God did not or cannot forgive you; read Proverbs 24:16. Do not fall for his accusations.

Recall your Vitamin B2, that is 1 John 1:7,9, about the powerful Blood of Jesus.

Satan is the father of lies:

[John 8:42-47; Numbers 23:19; 2 Timothy 2:19; Hebrews 6:17-20; Titus 1:2]

He will try to present you with all kinds of lies. The enemy will tell you it is only a one-time sin and no big deal, but remember sin is disobedience to God and is a poison that slowly and sometimes even at once could lead to destruction and/or serious consequences for the rest of your life.

He may misuse a family member, even your (‘spiritual’) brother or sister, your friends, colleagues, and others, to gossip about you or spread lies about you or attack you and even have you persecuted.

Another of his tricks is to have you misinterpret a Bible verse or something another person said to bring doubt, fear, confusion, misunderstanding, disunity, to name a few. Be humble and seek guidance and direction from your pastor or a seasoned follower of Jesus, who has a good track-record of obedience to God.

In the end, God alone is true and trustworthy and His Word and Promises are yes and amen!

Satan is full of pride:

[Isaiah 13:11; 14:12-15; Matthew 11:27-30; Galatians 5:22-23; Philippians 2:1-8]

His evil spirits can trigger you to become stubborn and/or proud. Thinking that you are more or better than others, or that you are a better Christian than others, because of all your so-called good deeds or knowledge.

Realize there is no good in us and even if we do good, the Bible teaches that not one of our good deeds are inherently perfect and unaffected by sin. While we give, we might be seeking praise and honor from others, or we seek to be seen by others.

Pride is an extremely dangerous attack on your flesh. Let Jesus’ true humbleness of mind always be your good example.

Remember to ask your heavenly Father to continuously fill you with the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Have another look at Chapter 3 section iv. "The Holy Spirit is our Helper!”.

The enemy wants to steal, destroy and kill:

[Exodus 15:26; Job 1:1,6-21; Psalm 91:10; John 10:10; 1 Peter 2:24]

The devil is out to steal your joy and your peace, especially after a victory.

Another area he would like to attack is your health and to shorten your life span. It is therefore crucial to take precautions and to be disciplined in:

drinking sufficient water;

having sufficient rest;

having regular physical exercise (e.g. walking);

keeping a sound, forgiving and grateful heart;

enjoying a healthy balanced meal with the necessary fruits and vegetables;

positive declarations.

To make positive declarations is strongly recommended and has to do with in faith decreeing/declaring Scripture. You could for example paraphrase and apply the Word to yourself, ‘It is written, “I am the LORD who heals you”, thank You Lord for healing me’! ‘By Jesus’ stripes I am healed and healthy’! ‘I am healthy and strong, bless Almighty God’! ‘No evil shall befall me, nor shall any plague come near my dwelling; nothing and no one shall by any means hurt me’! 'Jesus has come to give me abundant life in all areas of my life’!

Finally, the enemy would like to bring the opposite sex to try to have you fall in your fleshly lust. Even having all the wisdom in the world, as king Solomon had, he first slipped by having many wives and concubines from strange nations thus disobeying God, and then on top of that they misled him to serve their false gods.

Do as Joseph did ... run and/or stay away from certain places in which you know you would be tempted, see Chapter 3, "How can and should we deal with temptation?", section vii.

How can you overcome Satan and his accusations?

By putting on the whole Armor of God:

Paul in Ephesians 6 urges us to put on the whole armor of our resurrected and victorious King Jesus to stand and be strong in the Lord and in His power overcome the enemy!

General

1. Belt of Truth:

[John 7:17; 14:6; Ephesians 6:14a; 2 John 7-11]

The Belt of Truth is about our obedience to walk in the Truth of God’s Word, that is to speak and act truthfully! God hates lying. We ought to be authentic, sincere and honest. Let our Yes be Yes, and our No be No. What follows are just a couple of fundamental truths.

Guiding principles to discern and keep us in the real truth:

1. God, our heavenly Father, is always True, faithful, trustworthy, steadfast and He cannot lie:

[Psalm 118:8-9; Titus 1:2; James 1:17]

2. Jesus Christ is God and is The Truth, and the Only Way [2] to Father God through His precious holy Blood:

[Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-14; 14:6, Hebrew 1:8; 9:11-15,23-28]

3. Holy Ghost is The Spirit of Truth:

[John 14:17, 16:13]

4. The Word (Scripture) is and encompasses The Real Truth:

[John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16]

[2] Jesus clearly declares, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” In other words, a so-called One World Religion is contrary to what the Holy Bible teaches and is one of the end-time deceptions. There might be many roads leading to Rome, but there is only one way to God: Jesus, The Door, read John 10:9-16!

In addition, there are a number of crucial guidelines to be aware of:

Stay far away from the occult:

[Leviticus 19:26, 20:6; Deuteronomy 18:9-13; Isaiah 47:9-15; 55:6-11; Jeremiah 1:5; Luke 12:7]

Almighty God warns us in Leviticus and Deuteronomy to not be misled into forbidden territory. This is very serious; the Everlasting God calls it an abomination. Things like having a medium consult the dead, in reality you are contacting lying, familiar spirits [3].

[3] Familiar spirits are evil beings that follow a family’s journey in life and therefore know the history, events and other occurrences. They can then show off that they know certain information to mislead and convince the interested person that they might even know what would happen in the future or have an answer to the person’s question. In any case this person ends up in chains of these evil lying spirits potentially opening doors to more wicked spirits to cause among other things fear, anxiety, illnesses, diseases, depression, mental torment.

Other occult practices are fortune telling, witchcraft, tarot card reading, seeking guidance from horoscopes. Do not be misled by putting your trust in these mediums.

Even if you did it as a joke, you have unknowingly been hooked by and have come under the influence of the enemy. He will have a grip on you, a so-called legal right, as you willingly opened the door for him to enter.

Humbly confess your disobedience against God and declare that you renounce that sin and break with the enemy, as soon as you have come to know this truth. If necessary, you will even need to renounce and cut off any occult agreement your forefathers had in the past, in Jesus Almighty Name. Thank God there is a way out!

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts”, as Almighty God declares in Isaiah. God is our Sovereign Guide and loving Father; He knew us even before our birth.

In Jeremiah 1:5 God says, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born, I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

Our heavenly Father even numbered the hairs on our head (Luke 12:7), such an amazing love and intimate relationship He longs to have with us. Why not trust Him fully?

Obey God always rather than human authority:

[Exodus 20:1-20; Daniel 6:1-28, 9:27; Micah 6:8; Matthew 7:21-24, 22:37, 25:41; Romans 13:1-14; 2 Corinthians 4:4, 5:7; Acts 5:29-32; 1 Timothy 4:12; James 1:6-8; Hebrews 11:6; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17]

Hell was originally created for Satan and the fallen angels due to their rebellion against God, see Matthew 25:41. In essence, the devil now wants to deceive as many souls as possible for them also to disobey God and end up in hell.

See to it that you walk correctly, be an example in word, in moral conduct, in love and integrity, Micah 6:8.

A good indicator in life’s decisions is if you doubt whether it is a good thing to do, or if you feel compelled, or if government is spreading an atmosphere of fear and/or danger, stand firm and reject it, and put your trust in Jesus, the King of kings and the Lord of lords!

Always scrutinize whether that which the government or any other entity or individual wants from you does not go against God’s Divine will or against your health. Obey the government in line with God’s Covenant in Exodus 20:1-20, but above all obey your Sovereign God, see Acts 5:29-32. God’s authority can never be subject to human authority, or any national or global government.

On September 22nd, 2024, the United Nations (UN) adopted the “Pact for the Future to transform global governance” [4], while on December 3rd, 2024, the General Assembly of the UN adopted 3 Resolutions to primarily advance Middle East Peace and execute a Two-State Solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict [5]. The UN plans to finalize this in June 2025. Could this have been the start or fulfillment of the “covenant with many” of Daniel 9:27? With the aforementioned, the UN is trying to create a One World Government that can dictate its mandates on the nations [6].

[6] Prior to the UN, the World Economic Forum (WEF) through the World Health Organization (WHO) also tried to obtain authority to enable it at its sole discretion to again decree a so-called pandemic and have the world follow its instructions. Numerous international authorities and non-global media sources have proven that the previous so-called pandemic was a grand lie and was a bioweapon to reduce the global population.

In these last days, it has become increasingly important to be watchful and to be able to discern the truth and not to be misled by the global tech companies and global media [7]. As soon as there is censorship of information and/or specialists are not allowed to speak out or debate on a specific subject, you can be sure that they are hiding the truth and that they have a hidden agenda.

[7] The global tech and global media are covertly influenced by and receive their instructions from the deep state, also called the elite billionaires. These elites pay for their message that they want to spread and also bribe governments. In essence, they want to rule and reduce the world population. If you follow the money trace you will find who are behind it all. Nowadays, it is good to do your own research on alternative news media.

Therefore, if new technology comes out to make life much more convenient, safe, promising happiness and to keep you in so-called health, and you would need to take a micro-chip tattoo, a super vaccine, or something else in your body, it is best to stay far from this world system. Remember, Satan is “the god of this world”, see 2 Corinthians 4:4.

If fear is urging you to do something, you can be sure that it is not from God. Call unto Jesus and He will set you free! Again, if you doubt, don’t do it. God is a God of faith, and doubt is a sin. “For we walk by faith, not by sight”, as 2 Corinthians 5:7 teaches. We walk with the faith of and the faith in God, and not in fear and neither by our feelings.

Daniel was faithful and had an excellent spirit. Darius the king set Daniel as the first president above the other two presidents and princes over his kingdom. The others hated him and therefore tricked the king to sign a decree forbidding anyone from asking a petition to any god or man, except king Darius. What did Daniel do? As always, he went into his house, kneeled and prayed to His heavenly Father, the only living God. Consequence? He was thrown in the lions’ den, but God sent His angel to protect and save Daniel. [Daniel 6:1-28]

Submit to spiritual authority in your church, if that church is in obedience to King Jesus and is preaching the whole truth of the Scriptures. See also the “Guiding principles to discern and keep us in the real truth”. If this is not the case, leave and find a true church with true followers of Jesus Christ.

Always check with the Holy Spirit in whatever you do and wherever you are, whether you are in the center of the will of your heavenly Father. [Matthew 7:21-24] If you fear God [8] above all, love Him with your whole heart, soul [9] and strength, as well as your neighbors, it will be easy to obey God and overcome the enemy. [Matthew 22:37]

[8] To fear God is to have true respect for God with a humble heart, and obeying God and living a life pleasing to Him.

[9] Your soul is often understood as your mind or intellect, your will and your emotions.

Do not take the Mark of the Beast:

[Genesis 3:15; Psalm 37:18-19; Daniel 3:14-18,25; 9:27; Matthew 24:15-22, 30-31; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Philippians 1:20-21; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4; Revelation 13:7-18; 14:9-11]

We are in the End Times, carefully also later study the page titled "Great Tribulation" on this website. Many prophesies -that is things foretold- are coming to pass and others are now possible.

God warns us in Revelation NOT to take the Mark of the Beast, which is the Global Control Digital System.

This world system includes the 'Internet of Things, IoT', that is all devices for remote monitoring and control, see China's example. The technocrats plan to have this aforementioned technology connected with your human body, which is exactly the so-called 'Internet of Bodies, IoB'. In essence, this is an extension of the IoT linked to the body and integrated into a high-tech network by wearing, ingesting or implanting a microscopic electronic device into the body. This will completely alter the DNA causing that individual to become corrupted. In other words, he/she will be a transhuman trying to become godlike. They might even promise to give you long life due to having your intellect uploaded to a super computer. This is rebellion against our Sovereign God and His authority alone!

When the Antichrist is revealed in the Temple in Jerusalem and proclaims himself as if he is “god”, see 2 Thessalonians 2, he will later also require humanity to obey and worship him. Anyone not obeying, would be persecuted and killed during the Great Tribulation [10] which will last almost 3 ½ years. See Daniel 9:27 and Matthew 24:15-22.

[10] “Week” in the context of Daniel 9:27 is a period of 7 years, hence midst of the week would be 3½ years. Why 'almost 3½ years', that is because the days will be shortened see Daniel 12:10-12 and Matthew 24:22, and also because of the Day of the Lord. More detail can be found in the Great Tribulation page.

Battle of the two seeds

In Genesis 3:15 God indicates that there is a battle between the two seeds, one is Divine and the other demonic.

If Satan could only corrupt all the humans like what he tried to do in Genesis 6:1-5 he would have won, as then Jesus’ return would have been hindered as there would not be any uncorrupted human to say “Blessed is He that comes in the name of the LORD”, see Matthew 23:39.

Luckily Noah was righteous and he and his family were spared. In Matthew 24:37-38 Jesus warns that in the last days it would be similar to the days of Noah. In other words, demonic entities would again try to corrupt the human race. Is this what is happening with the UFO abductions? In addition, Satan now also has the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) that would also like to have humanity injected or marked to become transhuman linked to a gigantic computer monitoring system.

Any person accepting this mark, seal or tattoo, would become one with Satan as it were having his seed, that is his demonic DNA, see Genesis 3:15, and therefore be eternally damned. “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name”, as Revelation 14:9-11 states; this is very serious.

In contrast, when Jesus our living God will return, every eye will see Him descending from heaven and those who have been faithful to Jesus not taking the mark will be caught up [11] and gathered unto Him!

[Matthew 24:29-31; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4]

[11] “Caught up”, also called rapture when Jesus returns to gather His children.

About the Antichrist, we find in the Revelation of Jesus Christ in Chapter 13:16-17 that “He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

Again, with the technology of today there is no doubt that this can be implemented with a digital currency and a micro-chip with so-called Artificial Intelligence (AI), or any other false seal that would be introduced in this global world system offering convenience, false security, food, universal income, long life, happy experiences, and so on. Again, do not be deceived!

Remember, the enemy is a deceiver and could start introducing mini-steps that are almost unnoticeable to brainwash those that have allowed ‘this thing’ in their body and finally corrupt humanity.

He will not succeed. You know that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, so let us keep it pure and holy, and trust our heavenly Father that He will keep us and see us through.

Our loving Father comforts us with His promise in Psalm 37:18-19, “The Lord knows the days of the upright, and their inheritance shall be forever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time, and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.”

The Complete Jewish Bible version says it this way, “ADONAI knows what the wholehearted suffer, but their inheritance lasts forever. They will not be distressed when times are hard; when famine comes, they will have plenty.”

But even if God would decide not to provide or intervene, let us declare as Daniel’s friends, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego, did to king Nebuchadnezzar when they were to be thrown to death in a fiery furnace, “If that is the case our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.” [Daniel 3:17-18]

Whatever the situation is, one thing must be settled in our mind and in our heart, never to be offended by any circumstance, and not to bow down to the enemy of our souls. May each one of us be faithful to Jesus our Lord, all the days of our lives! [Philippians 1:20-21]

Watch your mouth and ears:

[Matthew 7:1-5; Proverbs 6:16-19; 16:18-19]

Another strategy of the enemy is to have you judge, gossip or talk negative about another person. This is a slippery area, as it is close to becoming proud. As you use the pointer finger three other fingers point to you.

Evade listening to gossip about someone else, who is not present. Be alert and talk things over with Jesus. Friends may fail, but Jesus never fails!

2. Shoes of Peace:

[Ephesians 2:11-22; 6:15; 2 Corinthians 5:18-21; 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24]

Our shoes of peace have to do with our readiness to lovingly share the beautiful Gospel message so that souls, our family, friends and even our enemies, may be won for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. We are Jesus’ feet, His hands and mouth, so equip yourself to be able to share God’s love plan of salvation to help others come into this awesome peace with God. Once you have experienced this great joy of becoming His child, you will long that all others be saved.

Also, we seek peace with one another and do not strife or reject the other, who has not reached and found the real truth. Don’t curse, but bless the other.

Finally, "Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it."

[1 Thessalonians 5:23-24]

Protection

3. Helmet of Salvation:

[Psalm 119:11; Ephesians 6:17a]

What a wonderful and awesome joy it is to know that you have been granted salvation by grace, and that you are a son/daughter of the Most-High God. You can proclaim, ‘By grace I am saved, yes, I am a son/daughter of God, bought and paid by the precious, holy Blood of Jesus, which He poured out on the Cross in my place’!

This helmet is also for protection of your mind and heart, to reject any sinful thought and to walk in holiness and sanctification. Keep your helmet on, that is protect your mind and thoughts by meditating and memorizing the Word of God! If necessary, review Chapter 3. “How to Overcome Temptations.”

By pleading the holy and powerful Blood of Jesus

[Leviticus 17:11; Romans 3:24-25; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Ephesians 1:7; 2:13; 1 John 1:7; Revelation 12:11]

By knowing and declaring that you are a son/daughter of God bought and paid by the all-powerful Blood of Jesus. That Blood is all-sufficient for God who has the last word.

By Jesus’ Blood, which was given eternal power and life by the Holy Spirit, you have been forgiven and are in right standing with God, yes, we have become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

If we are faithful to God, if and when we die, we will be granted entrance into heaven due to our faith and trust in our Savior based on His finished work on the Cross shedding His Blood in our place.

Remember, this is only by God’s grace and mercy, so thank Him for this beautiful fellowship. Thanking Him is an act of faith, so always express your gratitude.

[2 Kings 6:8-18; Job 1:9-22, 3:25; Psalm 34:7-9, 37:4-5, 91:10; Proverbs 18:21, 23:7; Isaiah 54:17; 59:19; Zechariah 2:5; 1 John 4:4]

Accidents do not occur by coincidence; most are planned and caused by evil spiritual beings.

Job feared that horrible things would happen to his family, see Job 3:25, and it did. Our thoughts and our words have creative power, “for as he thinks in his heart, so is he” and “death and life are in the power of the tongue”, “for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap”, according to Proverbs 18:21, 23:7 and Galatians 6:7.

Hence, do not feed or accept negative thoughts or fears, but brush them off by deciding to have your mind and heart focused on the Lord Jesus. "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass", see Psalm 37:4-5.

As followers of Christ Jesus, it is important to proclaim and decree Jesus’ Blood line around us for our protection. As the Lord was and is as a hedge -a wall of Fire of the Holy Spirit- around Jerusalem, so also, we may request that God be around us and around our loved ones. May our eyes be opened to see the invisible, as prophet Elisha prayed for his servant, do read 2 Kings 6:8-18.

"For I,’ declares the Lord, ‘will be a wall of fire around her [protecting her from enemies], and I will be the glory in her midst.", Zechariah 2:5, Amplified Bible version (AMP). Psalm 34:7-9 declares, "The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them."

You may want to proclaim, ‘Thank you Lord for Your impenetrable wall of the Fire of the Holy Ghost around us/me and Your Holy Blood Cover over us/me to protect us/me in the Name above all names the Almighty Name of Jesus! Thank You also for your mighty angels that protect us/me everywhere we/I go! No weapon formed against us/me shall prosper! For greater is the Holy Ghost who is in us/me than he that is in the world!’

By Jesus’ Blood shed at the Cross, we received deliverance, as Jesus completely destroyed Satan and all the power of the enemy, yes, ALL the evil spirits. We can be kept safe against all attacks of our spiritual enemies, as well as from people that come against us.

You could declare, ‘Precious heavenly Father just as the blood of the sacrificed lamb’s blood that was placed on the doorposts of the Israelites protected them from the “destroyer” (death angel), I now plead the more Powerful Blood of Jesus Christ Your Son over my spirit, soul and body, over my family members, over my house, over my car and over my finances. I plead the Blood of Jesus against any evil spirit and any evil person that may try to come against me in whatever manner. Thank You for your complete protection and deliverance.’

4. Breastplate of Righteousness:

[Genesis 1:26-28; 2 Corinthians 5:17,21; Ephesians 6:14b]

You have confidence as you daily walk in God’s holy presence. You know you are a daughter or son of God Almighty. You know your identity.

You are created in the image of God. Genesis 1:27 states, "So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." We are in Christ a new creation, see 2 Corinthians 5:17. We are the Ambassadors for Christ, our King. "For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.", 2 Corinthians 5:21.

You may want to declare, ‘I am a new creation and by grace the righteousness of Jesus has been granted to me; not by my works or good deeds, but only by Jesus’ holy sacrifice’!

5. Shield of Faith:

[Isaiah 52:12b; 54:17; Proverbs 29:25; Ephesians 6:16]

Set up your defense (shield) in the invisible world by boldly speaking and declaring the Word, ‘No evil shall befall me and neither shall any plague come near my family. Nothing and no one shall by any means hurt us. Whoever trusts in the Lord shall be safe and untouchable!’

You can continue with your other memorized Scripture vitamins.

“For the Lord will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard.”, Isaiah 52:12.

Weapons

6. Sword of the Holy Spirit:

[Deuteronomy 28:1,2,7-13; Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:17; Luke 9:1-2; 10:1,16-20; John 20:19-23; Ephesians 6:17b; Hebrews 1:6-8,14; 4:12]

Our Lord Jesus has granted you delegated authority and confirmed this by giving you the Holy Ghost in you. He is with you at all times. Now, the Holy Word of God in your mouth is sharper than any two-edged sword, as Hebrews declares.

But Scripture is not intended to be used to rebuke or harm your fellow humans, but it will certainly make any evil spirit scared of you. Know that you are a man or woman of authority and in authority. And, God’s mighty angels are ready to assist in any circumstance, as they are your ministering spirits.

By the Name above all names, the Almighty Name of Jesus:

Jesus proclaimed after He had risen from the dead, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth”. God has given Christ Jesus, His only begotten Son, the Name above all names and that at His Name every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is The LORD of lords and The KING of kings. Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father far above all principality, power, might and dominion. All things are under His feet. AMEN!

This same Jesus has delegated His legal authority to those that obey and follow Him. Yes, Jesus’ Name has been delegated to you, as you walk with Him and are willing to live and, if necessary, even give your life for Him.

You have no fear, because you have the spirit of boldness and power, and of His Divine love, and of a sound mind! You represent the Kingdom of God on earth. You are His ambassador. “For this purpose, the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil”, see 1 John 3:8b. Now, our Savior and Lord Jesus is counting on us to continue His work.

7. Praying in the Holy Ghost:

[Psalm 19:1-14; Acts 2:1-18; Ephesians 6:18-19]

Quite often this spiritual weapon, prayer and intercession, is overlooked, but it is one of the most powerful and effective weapons!

In union and unity with the Spirit of Jesus you may ask the Holy Spirit to guide you in your prayers to pray in the will of God and intercede for your brethren in Christ, the body of Christ (the church) of which Christ is the head.

Also, the Holy Ghost is our Helper to scrutinize our heart and attitude. "Who can understand his errors or omissions? Acquit me of hidden (unconscious, unintended) faults. Also keep back Your servant from presumptuous (deliberate, willful) sins; let them not rule and have control over me. Then I will be blameless (complete), and I shall be acquitted of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable and pleasing in Your sight, O Lord, my [firm, immovable] rock and my Redeemer." [Psalm 19:12-14, Amplified Bible, AMP]

‘May our heart be pure every moment of our life that we may bring a smile on Jesus’ face.’

Important Vitamins to Memorize:

Bless God Almighty and Jesus Christ our Lord for His Victory at the Cross of Calvary. Do not forget to regularly revisit the other memorized Bible verses from the previous Chapters. Do your best to have these Scriptures sink in your heart and subconscious mind.

Proverbs gives us this advice, “My child, pay attention to what I say. Listen carefully to my words. Don’t lose sight of them. Let them penetrate deep into your heart, for they bring life to those who find them, and healing to their whole body. Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.” [Proverbs 4:20-23, NLT]
